New 2009 Subaru Forester @ Bp Subaru

Anyone interested in looking at the new 2009 Forester?



There'll be a 2009 Forester LL Bean at Brooklyn Park Subaru on Monday between 1-3 pm if there is anyone interested in looking at it.

Unfortunately, it isn't an XT but it'll still be fun to look at because it is redesigned.

I'll keep you updated to make sure it'll be there for sure.

^Mini Tribeca!?! lol..the Foresters look awesome and still have great visibility...which is what it is known for. Keep the high head room is a big plus for taller folks, but they just rounded it up a bit to give it a better overall look...*IMO NICE JOB! can't wait to see the XT model...w00t!

 

looks TOO big....i liked how the foresters were not quite an suv but not really a car. but these days every car is getting bigger. lame! i hate huge cars.

 

When I see one about 3" lower I'll let you know how I feel.

 

meh, I don't like it. Looks to Saturn Vue/Honda Pilot/Something else to me.

they are very close but very different. I prefer the forester not being a car or suv... but in between better type thing.

 

Looks like a Forester with a new nose and smoother flanks. Reviews based on pre-production models are very favorable, saying the handling is much improved and that it's more comfy and quieter inside, along with better storage in back. The thing only gained about 100 pounds so while the size is a bit bigger it should still have sporting potential. Remains to be seen if SCCA will allow it to run since it might end up classified as an SUV.

 

Correction, it'll be here around 3pm due to the snow and traffic and it's coming from Rochester.

 

It came by around 3:30pm and it looked beautiful. It's not as big as everyone thinks it is and they did a good job with redesigning it. I think everyone will be impressed once it reached the dealerships. It'll be here again over Valentine's Day weekend from the 14th to the 16th if anyone wants a second chance to look at it.

It's Satin White Pearl with Platinum Perforated Leather(light gray) LL Bean Edition with Touch Screen GPS Navigation and DVD player. My favorite feature is the retractable rear tray in the middle of the back seat with two cup holders and console.
