After making the change to the For Sale section last time, we (the moderators) told ourselves that we would re-assess the situation after 60 days. Well, it's been more then 60 days, but we've been a bit busy. We have decided that once again we would make a change. We looked at the current situation and felt that our members and vendors weren't getting maximum exposure to potential sales. We have decided to implement the following changes: 1. For Sale Section: This section will be only for items for sale / items for trade. Please do not post WTB items in this section. As of today, all users will be able to view and reply to threads in this section. Only members with 30 days of membership AND 25 posts will be able to create threads in this section. However, MNSOC members are granted these permissions immediately after purchase and account configuration. Instructions on how to purchase a MNSOC membership can be found here. 2. Want To Buy Section: Post your WTB stuff here. Any For Sale thread that is put in here will be deleted without warning. All users will be able to create, view, and reply to threads in the WTB section. 3. Vendors Section: All users will be able to view and reply to threads in the vendors section. Only vendors will be able to create threads in this section. Not a vendor yet? Please contact a MNSOC Officer or a Moderator to point you in the correct direction.
