    I have a friend that works at Continental and does not plan to use his discount. He can buy 3 sets of tires a year (one of which I bought). Send me the model and size you're looking for and I'll ask him to get a quote.

    I got the following quotes for anyone with the same specs.

    Continental ExtremeContact DW:
    255/40/R17: $105/tire + $18.5/tire for shipping.
    235/40/R18: $120/tire + $18.5/tire for shipping.
    265/35/R18: $140/tire + $18.5/tire for shipping.

    If your guy still has that 3rd pair left to buy, would he be able to get some Extreme Winter Contacts or some other snow tire in a 225/60/R17 or (if it exists) a 215/60/R17?

    Looking for winter tires for my Outback. PM me either way.
