New Family Member (in the garage)

    Well here is my replacement to the 1999 2.5rs

    She's a 2004 XT thats virtually bone stock except for a drop in filter and xm radio. There's a few dings and small scuffs common for a 5 year old car but other then that she is mint!

    I miss my RS but now have a new love to replace her with :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

    Looks damn good!

    From what I have heard, this will be an awesome choice for the family ; )

    Nice pickup. This is what I was looking for prior to finding the lgt.
    And its not bone stock other then the items you listed. It also has 50 hp adding tint.

    thanks everyone

    i ended up finding it on subaruforester.org after weeks of searching craigslist and autotrader.....

    got it from a military man that bought it for the wife about 3 years ago and she managed to put a whole 20k on it in that time frame....
    it also came with a transferable warranty good till 70k

    it is a auto, figured it was easier for me and the wife to switch cars if needed seeing as this will be the family truckster for the new baby and the 2 dogs... plus i got a good price on her and it was low mileage and with the extended warranty, just couldn't pass on it

    they didnt make two types of black in 04? i thought they had jbp and mbp.

    thanks man.......and if i recall correct, 03 was the last for MBP, 04 was JBP, and 05 was OBP...i may be wrong though

    just let me know... jealous of the low miles.. I missed out on one like that by 2hrs.. had 26K on an 04 FXT...

    4dr - thanks man, and i still wanna ride in the rex

    tstr - i still haven't decided on what muffler i want... i saw a vid on youtube of an XT with the borla hush on it and i almost wet myself.... nice low deep tone.... thats what i'll be looking for when its time for exhaust work, just gotta research more

    tomorrow i'll be giving her a good polich and wax to really give it a shine
