New Guitar Hero!!!

Anyone have GH3? I love it!!! LOL I know its been out for a bit but just wanted to see how people like the new one. And things they didn like about it.

 

my cousins have been playing it nonstop for 2 weeks now lol..i think they beat the career mode already..

its not bad..i like the songlist they have..

 

yeah pretty good bonus songs too. I like all the punk and alternative songs they have like Ruby! Great song. The only thing i cant figure out is why they dont have the Matchbook Romance song on the list even though it plays in the menu screen.

 

I LOVE IT!! way better than 2 song list and playing wise. Stuck on slayer and metalica on expert though!! Songs are crazy hard. I have GH3 for 360 and was thinking if some people wanted to come over one night and jam it would be sweet. just kinda throwing the idea out there

 

Just like owning a Subaru instantly makes you a rally driver, playing GH makes you a musician.

 

So you beat cliffs of dover on expert but you cant beat "one" by metallica?

My gf beat Cliffs of Dover but I cant for the life of me. But metallica was pretty easy I thought.

I couldnt believe they had the Kaiser Cheifs!!!! Anyway, I've got it for my Wii and love it...I guess I'm not as good as everyone else as I'm stuck on the battle with slash on Hard =(

This is my first GH though, so I don't feel too bad!

 

I'm tempted to get it after seeing so many people talking about it. I also thought it was cool that Thunderhorse was a bonus track on GH2. Wish there was some Dethklok on this one. It would also be a little weird to have the Les Paul controller sitting next to my real Les Paul.

i got it last week. i'm only a medium GH player. gh3 is alot better than rock the 80s imo

i did it!!! I beat ONE. now all i have is the battle and raining blood!! ARG!! freaking expert is crazy stuff.

 

Well thats pretty damn good in my eyes. I own evey GH so far and this is by far the hardest yet.

i can only beat a few songs on easy so pretty much everyone puts me to shame

 

i heard that since Activision (i think its them) is now making it, there is a more margin of error for hitting the notes...meaning you can be a little more early or late than in previous games

Yup thats true. But they just made the overall notes hard and faster
