New guy in Fargo!!!

    I picked up an 08 Impreza a few months ago with 119k. Came through to say hello im looking forward to learning from everybody.

    Thanks admins for the speedy account fix...ive had slower responses with 50,000 member forums.

    Nothing yet, it has a weird shift that just developed so I need to take care of that before anything. But I did plastidip the chrome trunk trim black to see if I like it ornot and I debadged the trunk. Im hope to get some tint and dip my stock 17s white as the few white wheeled NBP cars ive seen looked amazing and I need some mud flaps but mt rockers need a fresh coat of paint first. All in all though its a great car and had a ton of work done in the 20k befor I got it. Timing belt, plugs, HG, all its filters, and a few other odds and ends.

    Well, for the modding community there's Fargo Cruising, but I don't know much about that. I drive a dark blue 01 forester with some bronze rims

    Fargo here also. Like he said there is Fargo cruising on facebook. You could like that and follow. There is sometimes useful info on things to do within our driving area. There is a autocross coming up. A two day event at the West Fargo Fair Grounds on the 27th - 28th. Last one of the year should be a good one. Welcome to the site.

    Not on facebook but I can maybe get the lady friend to let me see it. Any more info on the auto cross? Is is badlands SCCA? Maybe I should auto-x before I do anything to it. Hmmmmm

    Yep badlands region. You could always go check it out. Its free to watch. Get a feel for it. Starts at 10am I think.

    Yes, Badlands SCCA, if you have any questions let me know. It is at the WF Fairgrounds, registration closes at 10am. There is auto-x both days.
    Running your car stock is a great idea, if you like that style of performance driving it will help you identify what you want to change/improve vs. just throwing parts at it. :)

    I swung by both days and watched for a while but until I get my goofy stutter figured out no racing. I'm pretty sure I saw you in the BRZ with bronze wheels. That red g8 is amazing btw.
