Hey Everyone, I just acquired my first Subaru. Its an 07' WRX 5 speed. Completely stock for now, 60K miles on the odometer. I have been around cars and forums for the past 10 years, most of that time spent in the ford probe community, don't laugh. I purchased the WRX from my parents, whom I convinced to purchase it new off the lot. They ended up replacing it with a BRZ, a photo of the two cars together: I hope to learn a lot, and eventually make the car a little bit quicker then it is now. Cheers.

Welcome from a fellow Rochester owner. Congrats on the purchase. As you will learn it is really easy to make these cars quicker then stock on the cheap with simple upgrades and a tune!

haha too funny, good to see you're still around and kicking. Well I went to HS in Roch, then left for College at Mankato, so I was never much into the car scene in town if there ever was one, outside of people cruising broadway, ha
Yup redline is dead. There was some conflict between the founders. I know they are trying to get something else up and running though
The FiveZeroSeven guys out of Mankato are setting up a "rochester" chapter so to speak. A friend of mine that used to live in Kato is working with the main guys over there to try to get things rolling. The whole Redline intentions were good but it wasn't run great thus the falling out between founding members. We will see what happens.
oh yeah I was on fivezeroseven when that had that going in Mankato, went to a few meets out there too. I remember RL had a white civic coupe I think. It would be cool to have something in Rochester.
507 when they were still around in Winona it was just a bunch of ricers in cavaliers or civics....hopefully things have changed over the years lol
That was 507racing... No affiliation that I'm aware of, and yes it was a bunch of F&F kids. There was only a couple decent cars/owners and they separated themselves fairly quickly from that scene.
