Hey everyone, have been wanting to get an impreza for quite some time now, so finally made the jump. Started with an 09 Impreza Outback Sport. Pretty well loaded, and black/graphite exterior. Pretty excited with the car, been a blast to drive. As for plans... my fiance and I share this right now, but sooner than later it will be hers, and i'll go back for the wrx! Just tried to reload this pic, i'll get one of the sedan tomorrow and post that up, this ones my girls now though.

Uh Oh, so if I start talkin about the 09, I'm not gonna get flamed right??? haha. As for the future WRX, I also would like the 09. For years I've been die hard 02 03 range, but really, one drive in this thing, and I was pretty happy with it. Plus, they did a decent job upgrading the interior in my opinion. I guess I didn't really like the new gen either a while back, but I guess it kind of grew on me. Thanks all for the welcomes. I'd post some photos, but I guess if you've driven through a subaru lot lately, thats pretty much what it is.
I dont know, i went to look at some yesterday, and I saw a white 4 door that I had a hard time walking away from. I was going to wait closer till winter, but not sure now. Well anyways, thanks again for the welcomes, heres a photo I just snapped quick on the way back in the house.

+1 I really hated the 08 when it came out. I though that the hatch looked like a focus/kia and the sedan looked like a camery.... but now that I own an 09 I have to say I love it. I still think the bugeye wagon is my favorite car. but I love the bigger engine/turbo and the interior is nice.
Alright, So I thought I wanted to wait and get the WRX next year, but we definately needed a second car, so I picked up another 09 Impreza Sedan for myself, this ones a 5 speed so I can actually have some fun. I test drove a WRX, holy crap... I just figured this was the responsible decision, once I get done with school, i'll trade this out for the wrx... I'll get some photos of both the new babies together tomorrow and post those up. The new sedan is Red by the way.
