Currently there are no users waiting approval. The system will automatically send out a email for the user to click the activation tab, so if they did not use a valid email they would never get the activation notice. If the account was already created, they should be able to resend the activation email (or change their email and resend). Just check the spam folder to make sure it didn't end up in there. Russ
