    I have a brand new Ridgid Brushless Gen5X 18V Hammer Drill set that I got in a set as a present (dont need the drill). I am selling the drill, a 2aH Lithium Ion (Li) battery and the battery charger as a full set for $100 obo.

    The drill comes with a detachable handle, detachable belt hook and a screw driver bit (phillips and slotted).

    Drill specs: 18V, 2 Speed, 3 Mode (drilling, driving, hammer drilling), 700 in-lbs or torque, 100 setting clutch, and led work light.

    Model Number(s):
    Ridgid Hammer Drill:
    Battery Charger: R86092
    Battery: R840086

    You're not wrong, but 1. I can get at least $80 to sell the drill and charger separately on eBay, 2. It's OBO and 3. It's $100 + tax on HD.com.

    That's a pretty common strategy for folks on the Slickdeals forums for buying/upgrading/flipping tools, splitting may be your best bet for max recoupment. I'd be interested if I weren't so tied to the Crafstman C3 line, it's a nice tool.

    Like I said, not trying to TC- I just wasn't sure you were aware what it was currently listed for (and it's pretty easy to find 10% off coupons for HD). I've definitely listed things based on the price I paid and where I got it from on these forums and had others tell me "I can buy that new on Tirerack for $40 cheaper), etc" because I hadn't done broader research and obviously for equal price someone will purchase from the retailer for consumer protection (returns/warranty/exchange) vs private party. While OBO was stated, that's usually normative (can't tell you how many times someone has listed OBO and I've asked what bottom dollar is and be told 95% of asking price, FIRM)... which is why I was inquiring...
