New Subaru Front-Ends

My newest AutoWeek says that Subaru is getting rid of the Tribeca nose from its vehicles. Yippee!!! Maybe I'll actually *want* to buy a new Subaru. As it is, I can't get past the front end. I just cringe.

I'm not a hater. I just hate ugly cars.

it has grown on me, much to my dismay but i like it now...

 

i dont mind it as much as i did, but change will be good

 

It's too bad you'll never see the front end of my car -- only the rear for you!

ALL imprezas are ugly. But to not want an '06-07 over the 02-05 because of the front end is insane. It's such a better car it's silly.

I really like the look of the 06-07 front ends, even better than the 04-05 now. Plus, the 07 STi's get better gearing

 

I know the 2.5 is a better engine, but remember, my interior is better than your old car. And I have the STi steering rack. I just dislike the idea of paying that much for a car I don't love. Or lust for.

I mean, when I saw the 2003 Evo and STi I was in love. But the new headlights don't do it for me, and if the Evo really adopts that Audi schnoz, well, it'll be ugly.

Yeah, same here. I really wish I took a picture of both of my wagons when I had them in my driveway the weekend I picked up the new one. The '06 just looked so much more refined and aggressive next to the '04.

I love the looks of my front end now. The headlights just needed color-matching. Looks all sexy and mean now. Can't wait till I get the pics from Shane!!

 

I agree, the 06/07 whales vagina front end did grow on me after a few months.

I hated the 06 front but the more i see it the more i like it.

 

Asians don't have much of a rear end...Maybe that y Fongy prefers Aussies

Its actually just a LOT of zoom on the digicam from my balcony.

 

did you paint the headlights? if so why didnt you pain the whole thing not just the porjectors.. if thats stock i guess its new to me

 

It is the whole thing. Not just the projectors. Only chrome is the highbeam reflector and turn signal reflector. No more yellow either, just yellow bulbs. SHANE, get the better pics up!

I may not be a fan of the Impreza front but it is better than the male genitalia on the minivan.

 

We all know the 04-05 front end is the best looking of all Imprezas!

Seriously tho, I hated the 06 front when I first saw it on teh internets, but I like it a lot in person.
