Here are couple pics of the new ride. 45K on the clock and sounds like someone is shaking a coffee can full of rocks when it starts. I plan on a lot of upgrades and will start a build thread in the right forum. As it sits I have a whopping 6128.00 invested in it. Soon to be considerably more.

I love my Subarus. I have three of them and my son drives one too. My wife has an 07 Legacy. I also have a 98 Outback. I just traded an 07 black Legacy for this one. I was aware of the engine before the deal, but I just wanted a project that will keep up with my son's 92 Legacy with a 94 JDM GC8 EJ20G swap. I got the car cheap instead of getting a good running car and ripping into it, now I can build what I want with a good platform to start with. If you ask "why not a WRX", the answer is that I like the Legacy lines.
