    hello everyone

put the crx in hibernation/time out and bought myself an 04 wagon for the winter.

    It's black and it's stock.

Once the weather warms up, and since I'll be needing new tires anyway, my first "mod" is going be new sticky stickies (I'm a big fan of azenis).

Then, and I'm not 100% sure of the chronological order, next up will be:

    AP
    Stealthback
    rear swaybar
koni inserts & crucial/pinks/prodrive springs (suggestions?)
or maybe some helix dna's (or something better if daddy gets a fat raise - whiteline or hotchkis - not likely)
probably a random array of bushings
    maybe a short throw shifter
    strut tower bar(s)

    am I missing anything?

Congrats on the new ride and enjoy a newfound thing called torque. :p This is from another ex-Honda owner, hehehe ('95 GSR, stolen). And welcome to the club.

As for the mods, those look like a good start. While the AP is a great device, I can hook you up with a tune that is as good (if not better, imho) as what Cobb can deliver at a fraction of the cost.

I've got Prodrive springs and a TXS stealthback on my wagon if you want to check 'em out sometime. :)

that's why all the turbo stuff was left relatively blank and i averaged in another $1k of associated costs for it. That's still the biggest x factor so far, couldn't come up with anything concrete on that so far. However htat's probably what i'll be doing towards the end of the buildup so I've got plenty of time. Leaning towards the helix RR500 with helix injectors and a walboro though.

niiiiiiice. I'm gonna have to copycat a bit of your list there. Especially in the suspension department.

sorry I missed your call. been working like an effing DOG. I'm glad to finally have a weekend this time around (worked all last weekend).

So did you finally ditch the school bus then?

As far as the TXS stealthback goes, try and find a used V1 online somewhere. I've installed a V2 on a different wagon and it hung down WAY lower than mine does.

And oh yeah, the new Helix RR500 turbo looks like a pretty killer unit.

Once I finally go to a 2.5, that would be my turbo of choice.

haha, I did like half of that list. Still have yet to do the turbo though, once i'm out of school its still probably going to be a 20G or something similar though.

    haha. nice bump.

It's sitting out in the rain until I get all of the stuff out of my sad and pathetic one car garage (just bought a house and there's a bunch of crap in there that needs to go in the basement).

The wrx is coming along. Went with a cobb tbe instead of the stealth. Mostly because I heard zaks car and it's pure sex. Just got it in the mail yesterday!

I'll be needing an AP coming up pretty soon ray :)

Nope. Looks like I've always been a cheaky bastard
