    do i need to get a tune for a dp and catback on my 04 sti.

    some stis have boost creep issues without an accessport while running a downpipe

    Short answer is no. If you want to maximize the power you will also want to add some sort of engine management.

    What kind of engine management do you have?? I can do road tuning for the access port and the utec. I am also just starting to get into the open ecu stuff.
