I don't know how to explain it.. It's chicken... It's kinda somewhat crunchy, not really.. Has a peanut butter taste to it? Kinda.. it's really really good.. I can't find it anywhere!

There's a Thai dish that is chicken with crushed peanuts in it that is good. My vote in the cities is Rau Mit in downtown St. Paul next to the stadium.
I know EXACTLY of the dish you speak of -- and it is rediculously good! Not that this helps, but the only place I've ever had this was at the Grand Buffet in south Fargo.
