first post:[IMG] Tonite we made 500 kw atw on 29 psi of boost. No nos yet as the boys @ ESP are still playing with boost. @ the Gold Coast Autosalon we shall release the full potential of this beast! [IMG]

2nd post: thanx bro, we are just starting, the heads were actually lifting off the block. So I'll give the boys till the weekend before we get more power!

thanx guys, the dyno is a DTS roller type (which reads about 10% lower than a dyno dynamics) and as far as specs go:
    - custom ESP pistons
    - 2.5 custom ESP stroker block
    - custom ITS turbo
    - custom inlet/exhaust manifold
    - Autronic SM4 computer
    - ESP spec heads and cams
    - 3.5" exhaust
    - NX direct port nitrous system (not used yet [IMG] )
    - NX intercooler chiller kit

3rd post: 513 KW NO NOS!

    WHAT A MACHINE!

4th post: thanx anth and guys. We wanted to prove that it wasn't a one off thing - getting 500+ and that, basically, the motor is realible. The most incredible thing is that there is still more in it - with boost I mean. The ESP boys havn't had enough dyno time as well as street tuning. All this just corresponds to how tough the motor really is and how truly amazing the ESP crew are @ building reliable engines. Once we have completed setup, we will start doing some drag R&D and take it down the strip. The boys @ ESP have still quite a few tricks up their sleeve, so I can't reveal everything just as yet, but stay tuned on OZWRX as this site will have the exclusive on the development of DIABLO.

It's decent for a 4-banger. I'll have to get a test drive for further comment.

and yes DREAM... it is from OZ Land... next to Japan Auastralia would be next on the list for some of the best mods on Subarus... (ignoring the bling factor on most though :) )

That's insanity. That car makes 975.5 ft.lbs of torque @ 95MPH. Why they read it at speed and not RPM is beyond me. Evo's may have the HP, but what's the torque??? This is just shy of 1000ft.lbs, which is damn good for a stroked 2.5L 4-Cyl.
