I'm going to share with you guys a nice stretch of road to appreciate. It's two lane, rural with nice long turns and lillte traffic.

From Hwy 55 going West, go to the other side of Maple Lake. On the left is a turn to Hwy 37. Follow Hwy 37 all the way to when it turns into Hwy 27 through Kingston until you get to Hwy 24. I take this road every day on the way home and it is a good drive.

This time of year, be alert for tractors as they are harvesting the soy beans. Usually you have enough of a view to see ahead.

yeah, that is a ways out there. but once on 55 you can move pretty good to get there if you wanted to. lol i would still say that would be a 30-45min drive from mound for me though.

Haha, Mound. I use to have a couple girls that lived out there. One moved to Hopkins and I have no idea about the other one. It was kinda fun making the Mound runs every night with all the backroads w/o cops

LOL ... Here's a quicker way. Go on 94 West to Albertville. Catch 37 from there. It doesn't really get to be good driving until after Hwy 25 though.
