    looks like he got 8 months jail time, 5 years probation, and 500 hours of community service for the supra car crash.

    WHAT?! THAT'S IT!

    "cavalier driving record?" As in, as ****ty as a chevy cavalier?

    I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Sad thing is, that pampered douchebag probably won't learn anything from this and will be bombing down city streets drunk and high off his pseudo-fame as soon as he's out. I hope for his next victim's sake I'm wrong.

    I recall reading somewhere that the "divorce" between Hulk & his wife was something to the effect of breaking up their estate -- essentially a way to protect their assets from what could be a possible lawsuit brought forth by the injured kid from the wreck.

    Will he serve 8 months or was he sentanced to 8 months?
    That's a huge difference.
    If he'll be in jail for 8 months, the sentance is on the low side, but not outragiously low.

    And I've heard the same thing about the divorce.

    Who the **** wears a goddamn 'do rag to court? (Ok, a lot of people, but they can't afford suits or lawyers)

    Its actually much stiffer than many people get for a DWI accidents with injuries if he serves 8 months.
    Granted, i doubt he's really doing 8 months because sentance!=imposed sentance+good time.

    Now I'll agree that sentancing for DWIs (over .10) is too lax

    he's not even 18 and he nearly killed his friend, not to even mention the **** he pulled with that car. the little punk was spoiled enough to have daddy pay to get him out on the track so i really dont see a reason to give him ANY mercy for doing this garbage on the street either. make an example of the kid.

    The main reason is that he can afford great lawyers who can, even in a good case, flood the (understaffed) prosecutors offices with paperwork, which allows settlements where there should be none.
    Want to change that?
    Pay your prosecutors more :laugh:

    That's not a legal defense.
    He probably had something, though probably nothing that great. Enough to be a pain in the ass.
    If he'd had a good defense, he'd be a free man with a good lawyer.
