nnnnnnnnnnnnoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo is right phi11 But I appreciate all the times and fun we did get to have up there. Again thank you rich and your family for all the years of fun!!!!!!
I assumed this was the case, but still very sad that it's been confirmed. Looks like it's time to build a "real" ice car
I only went the one time, but had a blast and have wanted to do it again since. Thanks for those memories, and if it comes back next year I'd likely be in.
http://www.glacierlakesqclub.org/category/uncategorized/ Glacier Lakes Quatro Club does ice driving events... There will be considerably less inebreation.. but still good driving.
Well hopefully this event will be able to happen again in the future. I just got my WRX STI last fall and couldn't make it to the 2010 race. Maybe I'll get the opportunity in 2012. Thanks for all the previous years of fun for everyone up there Rich! Hopefully I'll get to partake sometime!
Last year was my first year, and I had a blast! It's unfortunate that it's not happening this winter, but it's understandable. Thanks a million, man!
Sad to hear but like the others have said thanks a million to you, Karen and your family for the fantastic time over the past few years!!!!!! miss you guys!
Haven't missed one yet so I'm sad to see its true. Hope it will happen again in the future. It was always the weekends i looked forward to the most during the year. Thank you Rich and Karen for all the great memories!!!
I will try to do it again the following year, right now im just sick of cars and dont have the ambition to set anything up. Maybe we can get together this winter for a day thing if the lake is nice. I know Karen wants to race around in her car, I can allways use the snowmobile if I dont have a car.
There is reason to keep living! The last few years these events have been my vacation for the year, so I'll have to try to sneak up there and plow a track while your not looking haha
Yes 2012 and I heard its quite the event... maybe it could be done the night of new years eve and carried on into new years day. Than it could be done for both years.
it was always a late january early february affair. This years would be the 2012 this January if we have it. But that is up to Rich, and his family. Maybe they have forgotten about 2010's boneheaded behavior.
Also, New Years Eve likely wont work for two reasons...1) too early, you need about 12-14 inches of ice, 2) NYE is a family holiday. Attendance fuels this thing, as we have to adequately pay for the weekend at the resort. Better to plan it on a weekend that isn't a holiday
