So friend of mine that has an issue with his high beam on his 2005 LGT Sedan.

Low beams and running light mode work fine. The high beams work fine when you pull back on the stalk for momentary high beams if you were to flash someone or what not. But once he pushes the stalk forward for continuous high beams the headlights and fogs just shut off. Is this a relay/fuse/stalk switch issue?

Check the fuse, if it's the stalk I may have the one out of the white car sitting somewhere.

Sounds good will let you know what he finds. I found it weird if it was a fuse that you could pull back on the stalk and they worked. Maybe that uses a different circut.

Could also be the stalk going out.

My bet is on the switch. It uses the same fuse, relay and bulb. Off the top of my head, the only thing that is different between high beams and flash to pass is the switch.
