I am hearing a noise in the front left wheel, a squeek to be exact. I have tried every option to what it could be, hard break, no break clutch in, clutch out. The only time I hear the noise is when I turn right. The noise varies with speed, I hear it doing 40 on a clover leaf, and I hear it doing 1mph turning into a parking spot, I hear it when taking a gradule curve in the road, any ideas or suggestions would be great.

If anyone is available to help me figure out what it is tonight there would be some dinner in it for you.. $$$ if it gets super involved. I am taking the car up north this weekend and would like to have it resolved by then.

    Thanks
    Bill

Mine kind of does this, seems my brake pads are getting sqeakier with age, maybe they are just extra dirty :) Every now and then I hear a noise that sounds funny, heard a coupe tonight, a quick tap of the brakes, and the noise stopped, atleast for a little bit, every time it was my brakes. Not saying it's your brakes, but testing them a little will make sure it isn't.

I have tried braking through the corner and everything, does not change with or without the use of the break. Thanks for the suggestion

I did just get new rubber, they inflated to 32psi, I bumped that to 42 and seems to happen less...

Nathan, I will swing by tomorrow, what time do you open? other wise how late will you (nathan) be there? not how late is the shop open...

got it. What kind of tires did you get?? When my gf put new tires on her old grand am, the beads squeeked on the rims. The dealerships fix to the problem was to increase the tire pressure. There was even a bullitin about it (through pontiac). I would go over the whole rim/tire area and check it out. Also try switching the right front tire over to the left side to see if the problem moves. if it does, it is the tire/rim, if not it must be something with the cv or bearing.

    like nathan said great suggestion.

I never heard the noise with my stock rims/ tires.
bought the prodrive rims and tires from MNdude, at first no noise then one day taking a right turn there was the noise.. The noise dissappered for a while, heard it again one day, and then went away again. Was gone for a month or so. Got the new tires put on yesterday and instantly the noise is back, increased the air in the tires, noise is less.

Thanks for all the help guys...

Nathan, you at work? If so I can be there whenever...

The noise seems to be gone, just went for a 5 mile drive with a bunch of right turns, no noise...

I will keep an ear on it to see if it comes back. I am guessing it was a bad seal on the tire to the rim..

    Thanks everyone...
