So any mechanics here wanna help me out?

    I have a 91 Toyota MR2 turbo w/ a blow head gasket.

I hate work on my own cars and want this thing up and running.

PM with what it would cost to have you fix it. I know there are some good mechanics here.

    Thanks in advance.

Give a call to metric auto works. They're now in woodbury.
Their rates are fair, and they do very good work.

That might be something worth my while. As the only spot i have to work on it is my backyard under a tarp!

Exactly. maybe i should sell it? I could stage 2 the wrx and more!

I think those newer style mr2s are easier to work on than the old boxy ones, the boxy ones are hell.

theres enough room for the camry v6 in the one you have.

pull the engine, its likely the easiest way because the engine is slanted.

Dude you have the MR2 logo tattooed on your shoulder, you can't sell!

This is one doodle that can't be undid home skillet.

I think most cars are going to be unreliable when you throw almost twice stock boost at them with no supporting mods.:coolugh:

I can sell it if i want. The tattoo has nothing to do with why i want to keep it.

Secondly most MR2s are unreliable. Mine i blew up.
