    does anyone in town who actually know how to tune imprezas? im not sure if elite does it or not...but can acutally do a good job....anyone? help!

    ok..cool..then i can turbo my car and then matt can tune it..then i can be fast and furious..but how safe is it to turbo a 2.5?

    depends what you mean by safe...

    safe as in being so far ahead of the other guy, if he gets in an accident it wont matter.

    or safe in a boring way.

    well.."safe"..by boosting enough to be fast and wont blow my engine..about...5-7 psi...

    I don't see why you can't turbocharge your plant safely. However I will stress extremely the importance of proper engine management with that combination, or pretty much for any heavily modified car. Someone here has a turbo RS that has over 80k miles on the turbo kit running between 5-8psi.

    BTW you only need 5psi to be faster than lightly modified WRX with the stock CR on an EJ251/253. Remember that the GCs are lighter which makes more of a difference than you think.
