couple problems with this. Water is scarce already and untill oil is at 15+dollars nothing will happened with alternative fuels.

lame. They actually tried....they were already faced with a huge fuel shortage so there were experiments on how to harness the energy. Nothing ever came of it, supposedly, but they tried.
