you have a perfectly good STI and you want to trade it for one that has been modded?

IMHO- I'd stick to modding yours before buying a heavily modded car. 500awhp on stock internals? Personally...I wouldn't do it.

    Good luck either way!

I asked him about the car and if it run alright for havin so much power this is what he said:

The car only made that much power on a race tune on the dyno. Otherwise its had a daily street map on the ecu making only mid 300 hp. The turbo kit has only been on the car for 4,000 miles. This car was built for show purposes and hasn't been raced especially with all the cosmetic mods. The car is in perfect condition the only reason I am selling is because I can't afford to keep it anymore now that I am moving. A big loss to me.

If you have any more questions let me know. I've taken great care of this car all maintanence is up to date no problems ever. Probably one of the lowest milage cleanest sti's around.

to me it just seems better to mod your car instead you know the parts that are going into your car and you customized it according to how you want it...why spend money on a car thats already modded then on top of that you gotta drive out there to buy it....

    and yes what strange said...

    its been beat on...

the worst that can happen is you go out to NY to look at it and you dont like it!

if thats what you want go and at least look at it! its done up clean from what it looks like

If in fact you did get it, the first thing to do is get rid of the stock internals for internals that can handle alot of power. So you might as well mod your own car.

First off I find that car hideously ugly. All that added weight... Second, you own an STi and you're shopping for another? Does not compute!

If you like the FP-Red power so much... buy an FP-Red!

I like the looks of it. I guess everyone has different opinions. I am also in the process of sellin my STI. If I don't sell my car for some reason I got some stuff up my sleeve.
