Official 2010 LAX Cruise Sign Up Thread - 7-31-2010

    2010 LAX Cruise, Saturday July 31st

    Start Location will be IGH Walmart on highway 52 and Concord.

    Well will start meeting at 8am. We will depart for LAX at 9am SHARP. This will give everyone a hour to check in, get a map, pick up supplies, top off the tank and empty the bladder.

    Lunch time will be 11:30-12. Rooster Andy's will be providing a hot lunch of pulled pork and pulled chicken sammichs with a few sides and lemonade.

    After lunch will be the activities (that will be up to you guys/gals) then on to the evening activities (camping, heading home, etc).

    Rooster Andy's catering will be cancelled due to not meeting the minimum 50 people required. As we come up with another food option, I will update this thread.

    If you need to pay via something other than paypal, please contact me.

    Please also post here if you are attending plus any additional friends/family. Once I receive payment, I will mark you down as paid.

    If you have any questions, please let me know. I will also be update this post with more information as I get some of the details worked out. Thank you for the support and lets make this the biggest LAX cruise ever.

    All payments need to be in by July 16th.

    The week after I have to have the final head count in to Rooster Andy's to give them enough time to get the supplies and such for our date.

    I want to make it out to firestone this week for OG night, but it depends on weather. if it is nice out, I can collect cash at the stone.
