Date is set for october 9-10 Meet at 8:00 or 8:30 and then start driving by 9:00 (cities crew, suggest a meeting spot) We can then depart and begin the drive up 35 towards Duluth Arrive in the cloquet/carlton area around 10:45-11:15 and social/meet up with the northerners. From there we can cruise through Jay Cooke *weather permitting* and head into the Duluth area along Hwy 23 to avoid the road construction. At this point, we can either stop for lunch and rest a bit, or, continue the journey up the north shore. *final details to come* Please post interest if you intend on attending and if you will need a hotel.
Myself +1 are coming. Twin Cities crew meet-up at Forest Lake Wal-Mart at 8:30 and head out by 9? I think we'll have a hotel room setup.

I think either Chris or some other mod needs to get a headcount going. Maybe two, one for the north people and one for us from the cities. Who is officially in charge of this?
I'm interested in meeting in forest lake and then driving up north- not sure if I would stay overnight, never done anything like this before, though I suppose I could bring my camping gear just in case...
I'm gonna bow out of this one. It doesn't seem like anyone is really taking charge of it, and some other people that we wanted to go with are dropping out as well. It's too bad, because I was looking forward to going too. Maybe next year.

Yeah I donno what to tell you guys, I've tried reporting this to get a discussion going on the mod thread, and haven't heard back from the person who is supposed to be planning it. So there isn't much I can do at this point
