    So I know many of you have cracked windshields and I have mentioned to some that I wanna do a group buy on them if at all possible. So what I ask from you is a list of reputable windshield replacement shops that I can contact, * PLEASE NO HAND RAISERS* for this group buy as i can't see anything good coming from those who do. I must also add that I don't know if it will be any cheaper this route but it is worth a try so if your interested please reply with something like this;

    Chet (Paul Revere)
    04 Subaru WRX

    Shop such and such and phone # xxx-xxx-xxxx (if you know a shop to go to)

    Thanks in advance

    Um, maybe I am missing something here, but I'll open myself up to the inferno just in case, but...

    I was of the understanding that MN law requires insurance to cover windshield replacement at no deductible due to MN's weather requiring salt, sand, gravel, etc. So...

    why are you paying for a windshield?

    Umm wrong that is not a law, with American Family it is an option (and I have heard many others) to have glass coverage which I will be getting after i replace my windshield.

    yep, most insurance companies require full coverage for glass coverage.....I've got liability only.

    the windshield on my loyale has been cracked for almost 10 years. get me a good price on some good glass (not like the poopenvagon had with rounded corners that leaked when it rained), and I'm in.
