    weird. I wonder how that would react. to me it looks like it would be like having thin side walls in turning....

    For racers, that's a lot of rotational weight taken off of the wheel/tire combo. I would bet they'd test the Tweel with a luxury market before they even consider giving it to the general public. Remember? GM's Onstar was once only available for specific Cadillac models, but GM figured out that there are people driving other cars, too. So they expanded it to other Makes and models. Duh!

    LOL!! I think they're just showing it off ;-) It'll have to have rubber on the sides, not just to keep snow out, but water, dirt, mud, mice, etc.
