don't ask me how or why i find this stuff, but i found a website which sells paper cones for $2.95 - no more construction site raids for cones!! they also have a picture of jason on their website. weird!!
nope there's a space in the bottom of them to add weights. FAIL. coneman won't wave his arm like he does on the website. grrrrrr! see him in action here: www.safetycones.net
ps: well, he says he wants pictures of his cones in action. i think we should accomodate his request Keep the photos coming and we will promise you two things: to post as many on this site as we can, and to throw into your next shipment in few free cones
look at the heavenly glow at the bottom of the foot, the awesome manly pose, all while surrounded by conez. if it's not you, then it's at least got to be your cousin.
whoa i didn't even realize there was music! i always have my sound muted on my laptop. that is something special. now i feel like a big a*hole though for making fun of it because i clicked on the "inventor" section and read the part about how the guy is really dyslexic and can't even read. i just thought he was dumb! ooooooooops. still, conedude on the surfboard is pretty priceless.
I don't know paper/cardboard cones just dont seem like they would take the abuse of a rallyx or ice race. For some reason I see them getting really soggy and flat quickly at an event, especially one where normal cones are not holding up so well.
Yeah. i'm sure they're fine or even preferable in situations where cars don't routinely hit them (and in fact are not trying to get as close as possible to them), but when they do get hit? I'll be they squash like, uhm, paper?
These would actually be great as non-apex and non-slalom cones. Cones add up fast, and this would be a good way to cut some cost... I think we used close to 50 cones for barriers and pointers at DCTC. the soggy cone situation would be a bummer for sure.
Paper? I can't check the site at work, but it seems to me that they'd blow away if a car was going real fast past them.
