Up to 40,000+ people could be in danger of having HIV, HEP A, B and C in Nevada http://thelede.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/03/06/nevada-health-threat-a-clinics-re-used-needles/?hp
holy mother of god, what the hell were they thinking?!??! This is a perfect example of no common sense. Either they thought it wouldn't cause an issue, or they knew and just did it anyways. Each one of those nurses should be injected with HIV, and hepatitis a,b,c *******s.
And the worst thing is the people who might have all kinds of nasty stuff in them are having sex with other people infecting them and not even knowing it.
I was actually thinking the same thing. They've basically committed careless endangerment of life. HIV should be sufficient punishment.
Bow down to the Mighty Dollar! Worship it. Sacrifice whatever is necessary to get it. And then sacrifice anything you can to get more of it. Grovel before Your Dollar!
This is the outbreak that triggers the apocalypse. Little does the rest of the world know, Mayo has coordinated the concurrent release of the T-virus. Orchestrating this disaster was only a diversion...
lol, too many zeros. i did mean 40k. Sorry for confusion. But to be honest who knows there might be more people sick. Cause its been 4 years since they were doing this sketchy stuff.
What I read was that the nurses merely threw out their professional and personal ethics to do as they were told. I think they should be punished, yes; but the real people responsible were those who developed and directed the policies that included needle re-use. They should be held responsible for the outcome of their willful negligence to a much greater degree than are their "foot soldiers."
Now, viruses move against the prevailing winds, right? So being that I am east of Rochester and The Cities, and the winds generally blow from the west, I will be okay because the virus will travel westward, right? lol
Time to move the family to Raccoon City! But as far as holding down costs, there's being cheap and doing what you know is illegal, immoral, and unethical. Everybody responsible should be turned into dog food- I know they'd be shot in China!
This was all over the news last week when i was in Vegas, along with a ricin scare. Not to mention the 4 shootings just when we were there. But the weather was nice!
I also got sun burned pretty bad, but then again red is my favorite color! Sorry to get off topic, but Taras i also brought the GPS with to Vegas and it was a lot of help, it works great. It was the first time out of state with it, i just changed maps and it never missed a beat! Great unit!
