as thinking like on some forums, the have a little section within the section above the sections that have their own category... you follow... ha hah a kinda like all teh stickies are in a section above the main threads on their own.... splits up the page a little better, more appealing..etc etc if you wanna know or understand my babbling abpve let me know and I will find an example for ya
