is there a way to make a watermark for photos in PS3 without using digimarc or do I have to make the text layer each time?!?!?!?!
I use a text layer. I'm really not that good with ps other than using it for RAW conversion and my other basic post-processing. someone else can probably answer your question better

just make an action that will automatically resize, add your border and sig all at the press of a button (I have 2 recorded actions - one for landscape and one for portrait). of course it doesn't work if you have to crop but for the majority of pics it makes things go by a lot faster. to make an action go to the action toolbar and click on the make new action button. give it a name and assign a shortcut. then hit record and go through all the steps that you want automated. when you are done hit stop. now you can just hit the shortcut key and all your recorded button clicks will be performed automatically.
