Exactly whay I was wondering. I haven't played for years, and my gun is a pump, I won't play with semi autos unless I had one.
Ah, but, I'll bet you're a much better shot than the guy who needs a pair of Tippmans in the first picture. I started out with pumps back in 1990, when a 10 shot stick was the norm. In those days, a 40 shot hopper cost extra to rent. I need to get out and play this year. My Automag RT hasn't had any exercise in over two years Stuart.

Ever play in an urban setting ? My most fun day ever was at Greenham Common (yes the ex-USAF base where they kept the nukes in the '80s). A huge chunk of the barracks buildings was gutted (no doors, no windows, all weather carpeting) and set up for paintballing. Storming a two story building is quite a challenge. One guy was spotted running the full length of the upper floor straight towards an open window frame. Like an Olympic athlete, he hurdled the window sill, and gracefully flew through the air until he landed in a heap just a few feet from the building next door. One of the refs ran over to him, picked him up, dusted him off and yelled "What the bloody hell were you thinking ?" The response ? A very sheepish, "I forgot I was upstairs." He escaped with nothing more than a twisted ankle. Stuart.
I'm thinking its how you bruise. We had a work paintball party 2 weeks ago and we all compared our wounds the next day. I had just small, ball size bruises, while a few had softball sized ones. We were at a speedball field and everything was chronoed. I think the people with rentals were shooting around 250 fps, my buddy and I who have Smart Parts Ions adjusted our guns to shoot right at 300 fps for a little advantage :biggrin: .
