painted my wheels last week

    Nice, get some outdoor pics of it. Oh and BUY SOME TIRES, its pretty bad when you can see from a pic that the tread is gone.

    Stand back a bit and take the picture so we can see how it looks on the car in regular daylight.

    i will take more after it snows, i used tape because i dont wana drive around for the next month or so with half gold tires

    Mike, I thought you were gonna wait until it warms up to finish your wheels. Couldn't wait for the slow summer season? They look great nonetheless.

    hehe, nice... how many cans did you use? and how many coats of clear?

    only one can of paint, im gonna wet sand and do another coat once it gets warm. i did about 3 coats on each wheel also, as far as the clear coat i only did one layer

    but you want to drive around during winter months with bald tires instead?? Dude get some tires.. cheap tires are better than bald tires.. that is a huge investment to have written off for being cheap... and I am sure if anything happened your insurance company would screw you over for having bald tires... my 0.02 worth...

    the wheels look good though... great job...

    he had those same tires on the duluth trip! :shock: im gonna look for some tires that have at least SOME tread on them for you for free

    lol RE92's are bad enough WITH tread, can't imagine without.
