Anyone know of a good, and reasonably priced PDR guy? A buddy of mine (who won't get on these forums) has an 03 Nissan Senta SE-R V-Spec and has many door dings. He needs help.....
get a "pop-a-dent" kit from pepboys or walmart, forgot which store. I tried it on my 02WRx doors/hood and works awesome for the price, $19.99.
or you can have him try this: http://s.mcstatic.com/Flash/vp/MCEm...edCatalog_2.0.0.3.swf&networkingAllowed=true& i'm gonna try it on my mom's and brother's car. if it doesn't work, oh well. it'll only cost a few bucks.
What? No dry ice? lol... sorry, but what a joke. You'd get the same result just pushing that dent out from the inside. Probably what they did off camera. Depending on the size of the dent and value of the car. Try what you might. But in the end, to get a good result, take it to a pro.
You could do it your self. it pretty easy but the some of the tools you need are pretty expensive. you could just use a long screw driver and have the last inch and a half bent. This is how you could do it. I dont know where the dent is on your friends car so you may have to take some stuff off but its cheaper then going to the autobody guy. And when your done it looks brand new.
