Does anyone have any feedback on Park Place Storage? https://www.parkplacestorage.net/

They basically offer upgraded garages that are purchased more like condos.

I'm still looking for a place to store two of my cars indefinitely, and their rate to rent (you can also buy them like a condo) a garage that will fit my two vehicles with a ton of room to spare (14x45), is actually not much more expensive than renting two typical self storage garages that will fit each car separately (10x20) from a place like Acorn Mini Storage or Public Storage.

Perks of Park Place is it also is heated, has electricity, internet, garage door opener, has lights, has a ceiling fan, has a free wash bay on site, public restrooms, along with some other perks.

I'm eyeing the one that's currently being built in Cottage Grove right off of 61. So it will be a brand new building. They have a handful of other locations around the cities.

Just curious if anyone here has used them, or knows of anyone that has.

Is that what they are building right next to the park and ride?

I think this is the blank canvas state they come in. Pretty high ceilings too (people build mezzanines inside them, or lifts to store cars on top of each other).

I figured it'd be a hotel, most payment opportunity when someone lands on your spot.

There are a few different "industrial" buildings going up along 61 between st paul park and cottage grove so if its not that one its one of the others.

I'm down for a 6 month lease on one with option to renew starting when they open in October of this year.
