I wanna play a game. We have the "Spotted" thread, but we have nothing for this. I have noticed that every single time I go park someplace, and then come back outside to my car, there is another subaru parked next to me. This has even happened at work - we have secure underground parking. On the first day I had my new Subaru, someone parked an old legacy next to mine. I went to cub foods last night (rockford road and 169) and there were 2 open spots next to me. I come out half an hour later, and someone had parked a red legacy outback on my right, and a silver forrester on my left! Anyone else notice this? Lets play ...
Already posted this in "spotted" but seems relevant... Parked (white STi) Sunday at Costco EP returned to find black STi next to me. I am a subieholic. I park next to Subarus.
yeah i think parking next to subarus is dun too. I hate when i come out of a store and there are 45 open spots between the store and my car but some red neck has managed to park their rusty ass chevy celebrity right next to me.
*DING!* dent removal sucks azz!:mercy: And yes...I park by subies too...I'm not proud of it...but, admitting you have a problem is the first step!:cheers2:
Exactly. I get all nervous when I see an outback with it's passenger side 12" away from my car -- 'cause you know that 85% of them has some jackass kid that wants to swing their door open with all of their might into the side of my car. lol.
I have always wanted to drive around on a lake. I think it's part of being from MN. Some random instinctual thing that only Minnesotans (and maybe some canadians) have ... I've never actually driven on one myself. I've rode in a vehicle around on a lake, but it's not the same .. it's been calling to me lately .. hmm ... if these temps keep up though, we're in trouble and no lake driving until next year!
Ice Race March 9th through 11th!! Check in on Rich in this thread...you don't want to miss it...Rich is 1st class, the cabins are sweet, and the ice...well the ice needs no explanation but this>>>>:rockwoot: Lots of subies to park by!!
I can't count the number of times that some hillbilly has done this to me. Acres of parking everywhere and they take a dump in the adjacent space. And it's not enough just to be in the next spot. They're too stupid to be able to contain themselves within their own parking space and usually are riding over the line into mine. On a less ranting note, I used to lift at the BP Lifetime and this Asian guy named Sa (Sah?) with a Blue/Gold rim 05 STi also worked out there and would park right next to me whenever possible. Ahhhh, the peace of mind...
