Hey guys, if you're looking for a job in a parts department here is a good way to get your foot in the door. We're looking for a part time parts delivery driver to handle deliveries for the Brooklyn Park Morries stores. You'd be working with the Hyundai, Nissan, Subaru and Suzuki/Isuzu/Daewoo stores handling delivery of wholesale parts ie Collision and Mechanical parts. We're looking at doing part time, but we'd be willing to do full time if the right person came along. We provide the pickup truck for the deliveries. I don't know what the starting wage is, I think part of that will depend on the qualifications. You need to be at least 18 with a good driving record. I'm not sure if there is a drug screen or not. i was hoping they wouldnt use it against me.....they put it in as "no fault"...but if its against me...oh wells...other than that i have clean record.
I don't think you need to worry. As long as there isn't anything excessive it shouldn't be a problem getting you insured to drive the truck for the company.
Sigh, we don't even get to sit behind the counter. But no, no counter jobs open that I know of. They don't come up very often and there's usually a lot of applications. I'll keep you guys posted though.
