The problem with the magnets is we need to get a minimum of 125 of them and only 80 are spoken for. But at the same point in time, only 10 people have even paid for the LAX cruise. So right now, if the hand raisers don't start paying, there will be no event and no magnets. Russ
Lets go people. this a fun event. last year was a great turn out. we can do better especially since lots of us are staying the night so it is not just drive there, eat and drive back. come on guys and gals

Seriously people, if the hand raisers do not start paying, the event WILL NOT HAPPEN. The club does not have the cash to cover $500+ for the magnets, $500+ for the food, and I will not cover this out of my own pocket. The members want a pay as you go club, and Josh (and others) have dumped tons of time into making this event take place. If we can not secure the funds to cover the food, we will have to cancel that. So at that point in time, we will have a bunch of hand raisers that are going to drive to LAX (if it happens), with no food or drink waiting for us. As it sits right now, I have to let Dave know about the magnets this weekend, which means SOMEONE needs to cover the $500+ to get the magnets made. Sorry for the rant, but I don't want to have all of Josh's time wasted on a bunch of hand raisers. Russ
