So I have been looking at some fancy track maps all over the US of A and I'm still searching, making a short list of tracks I'd like to hit before I start losing my groove. So I pondered on this one and currently this is on top of my list. Lets hear what other tracks you guys and gals have see on US soil that is technical and very challenging that you would like to attack. http://www.reno-fernleyraceway.com Reno-Fernley Raceway came into existence in 1998, as part of a 3000 acre master plan project. The 500 acre motor sports complex started to take shape when one of the employees, a motocross rider, asked if he could build a track on the southern section of the property. Soon after the idea for a motor sports complex began to take shape in the mind of developer Rich Cable. That winter with an idea and some spare time on their hands Rich and his crew began to build a clay oval. People kept kidding us about the saying in the movie Field of Dreams "If you build it they will come." So we actually trademarked the slogan "Racings Field of Dreams". It seemed natural, because through the years with a commitment to the vision and hard work from everyone involved "Racings Field of Dreams" has taken form and become one of the largest, and fastest growing motor sports facilities in the country. track maps course A course B course C course D course E course F Good read: http://www.nissansportmag.com/images/Reno_Fernley.pdf
I would make a new road course layout tat includes running around the dirt oval. I've heard Grattan is pretty fun because of all the wacky camber changes. Mid-America is the most interesting track I've been on. Road America is fun just 'cause it's so fast.
I personally would like to go to laguna seca, it's just such an unreachable thing for Europeans and we always talked about it with my friends. but maybe for americans it's just ok. it's way far from here though
