I'm looking for some background style photos that I could use for the new club id cards. I was thinking of using something a little more interesting than a plain color background, etc. Something kinda similar to this. http://www.flickr.com/photos/reformadigital/1244746789/ or this would be cool if it was just the water beads without the scoop and windshield. http://www.flickr.com/photos/boristheblade/42687699/ It should be a shot of a subaru, but preferably one without an emblem or other item that would look too disctracting or make the photo look too model specific. Text/logos should be able to be placed over the photo and still show up well. Blue or yellow would be great for the front of the card, and maybe gray or white for the back, but all colors are welcome. I'd prefer if it was a photo that someone here took that I would know we have permission to use it. So, get your camera and take some creative closeups of your car and post them up here. hmm...I took a quick look through my pics, and didn't see anything. I've got a couple neat pictures off my Rota's. but I think a wheel shot would have a little too much going on to make for a good background. with a brake rotor and caliper there..... I'll keep looking, and maybe see if we can't get a neat shot of Sarah's outback (white), or crop something else down.
what about a cutaway of a subaru boxer engine?? that way we wont have the typical you left out the bugeye or the blobeye or whatever complaints. h aha i would rock Jasons on mine but not too many other peoples cars.. Carls pic looks sweet.. I think a pic that doesnt show a type of car so much.. kinda like your first link Joel...
