Ahh after a day of installation and a few more days to find and fix leaks, putting on my SPT Catback & front lip it's done!
I hate how almost all the aftermarket fmic have the cold side charge piping running back over the turbo before it enters the tb. Hows the k&n cai work with the piping so close??
LoL the Blitz Nur Spec-R got me pulled over 3 times in a week just going from blaine to champlin vice-versa(Same Cop twice). Besides the SPT is so nice a quiet with a low rumble. No it's not K&N it's Injen and it comes in a 2 pc set so I just removed the cold air part. It's just for temp because I am going blow thru setup. Yes the Corolla has major i-vvtc
I'm not making fun... I just don't get it? It is such a great turbo, why the hell not? I hesitated on my 20g cause It's just an okay turbo, but if I had had a green, it would have been in there. So are you going to get it protuned? or ronie tuned now that you have the thermo capabilities to push it?
Well like I said I need to find time to work on my car. I only found enough time for the intercooler kit which was hell. Should I go with DW 850cc or PE 850cc? PE is cheaper....
modded stockers? thats what I'd do if I had it to do over. turbo swaps aren't that hard, you just pay scubasteve some monies and sit and watch while dricking coffe and changing your oil. it is easy!
well call me up I'd love to install a high quality turbo!!! we could do it some wednessday or somthing and you could schedule a tune for like a friday or thursday!

yes but id recomend u use Curlys dads i love that thing.. u can use mine but id recomend getting gas for it
hard to mod the sidefeed stockers, can be done, but i rather just buy some injectors by then grab the dw's, i know they're a little more spendy than the pe, but worth it.
I wish I could use DW 1100cc like everyone else can, what were the STi engineers thinking? I didn't have enough time took me the whole day to install the FMIC. I still have to go search on how to install side feed injectors. I wanted to run E85 that's why I wanted 1100cc injectors. Ahh thanks everyone for the +comments
