I'm on that. I wanted some 'drifto' style pics so I could add tire marks, motion blur and smoke to them so they would look like hot super mega dorifto number 1 sensation.
stupid question but isn't the bov sopposed to be as close to the throttle plate as possible? Why is it so far upstream??
might be optimum but not necessary... pressure is released maybe just fractions of a second slower....

I'm not entirely certain. But I'd have to agree with wrxboy's thoughts in that the pressure drop is pretty much instantaneous and difference in location would likely be fractions of a second in difference for pressure bleed off.
