So I went out and took some pics of my new wrx, I have owned it for about 2 weeks, and have put a grimmspeed dp on it, and also get a tune. All other mods were already done to it. Pics were taken with a point and shoot camera, criticism related to my photo skills not necessary. Enjoy!
Nice ride love the color! Two things- Invest in a heat shield for the turbo. Wizards polish will do miracle to that muffler, give it a shot.
Yea, I am looking for a heat shield right now. And as far as the muffler goes, I dont plan on keeping the can on the back. I am trying to brainstorm some alternate exhaust options, because I dont like mufflers hanging out the back... Maybe a side exit exhaust...
What are other options? I dont want a visible side exit, just end the exhaust before the rear wheels. I have not looked a whole lot under the car, so I dont know where would be a good place to end the exhaust. Because I hate fart cans with a passion, and I do not want a stock style muffler, since the car is not a DD, the louder it is, the better...
Is that a Grimmspeed BCS I see? Also, does the Grimmspeed dp fit well? My ERZ looks almost exactly the same, but doesn't exactly fit like a glove. Personal opinion, you should get some springs on her to get rid of that wheel gap. :yumyum:
Yup, Gimmspeed bcs. The fitting on the grimmspeed dp sucked bad!! TRTSBOY2004 had to do some work to it to keep it from rubbing. major pita, lol. How much for the heatshield?
kelly probably only sees one because they display side-by-side for him, just like me your mnscc post shows them all vertical but here they are horizontal scroll right kelly!
I wasn't in the loop when Justin started his company but I don't recall Grimmspeed making a dp like that.

I do, thought they were cum stains at first, but when I couldnt scrub it out, I knew it must have been salt, haha
