Piston Q

I know im going against the flow... But i wanna rebuild my NA 2.5 motor with some good internals and other goodies...

First off i want pistons, Im going with Turbo head gaskets. and i want a low compresion pistons (says Erik)

So my question for the day is whats a good Piston that wont cost me my first born child...

 

I went with JE pistons coated crowns and skirts...but mine is a turbo setup...

I know arias piston drop your compression by .3 = 8.2 to 1, compared to other pistons like mahle, CP, cosworth...I think they stay around stock @ 8.5 to 1 same as JE...

 

Would this be the NA motor with a turbo on it ? I don't think that's technically NA anymore.

I do have a turbo setup also... im only running 8psi... I want more! I have stand alone so im not scared of power

well in that cause...Arias would give u the lower compression...but they are loud and annoying during cold starts...unless u get some custom ones from cosworth
