Kawasaki KLX-110 is just a bit bigger over all then the Honda XR-50. The KLX-110 is a rebadged Suzuki DR-Z110. Used they can often be had for around $1000-1800. The XR-50 with a big bore kit or stroker kit will walk on a 110 on an indoor track because you can just sit in 2nd gear and run the rpm band. the 110s you are always down shifting in turns. outdoors or back yard goofing around, 110s and up all the way. Thumstar have an ok reliability but come with many goodies one will likely spend money on any way. Used they can also be found in the $1k-1800 range depending on how old they are.

A couple of years ago, I built a 1970's Honda CT70 and threw in a Lifan 110cc engine, totally rebuilt everything including a crotch rocket style exhaust. It was a lof of fun.

I've got better pix, but this is all I have now.

Cool, thanks for all the info guys. I will keep in mind about the 110's on an indoor track, cause i may race it indoors, but who knows. I am still researching what would be perfect for me, cause there are some bikes out there that are just junk, and you can tell just by the craftsmanship.
