bought this wrx with i think a slight tune. put a new lightened flywheel in drove it for about 60 miles then started running rough. autozone readers and my mechanics readers couldnt connect or talk to it told it might be the coil packs but i new to get this check engine light read. any suggestions would be hot.thanks

Unless you have something crazy like a standalone, any ODBII reader should get your code read.

does the flywheel making the computer thing happen make it run crappy or just tell you the code?
i tried at autozone and my normal mechanic and neither could get a reading.
i dont know what my next step is.
is it even drivable with this going on. i know not day to day but even to like a shop?

we gon see if you tightened everything after the FW install as far as intake plumbing. There are a bit of things taken off to get to the FW.
    Nuke... check for fuel trims.

I'm with Fuji on this one, sounds like something wasn't tightened all the way and there could be a vacuum leak or something to that effect occurring. I would make sure all the important sensors are plugged in as well. MAF/MAP/O2/etc and check all the vacuum lines. Maybe something knocked loose while driving.

When you say it's rough, is there drivetrain roughness? Does the car start and idle rough? Did the CEL come on at the exact moment that this start occurring?

It's fine, the key is to approach it with a clear head and take it one step at a time. If it idles rough, most likely it's a sensor and or possibly a vacuum leak.
