return your car to stock, sell it, then buy a honda

 

take off your mbc, and get some real managment before another sti bites the dust because of severe retardation from its driver.

 

Tint - Go with 20% or even go 35% unless you like to get pulled over. Cusco Turbo Heat Shield, since that will help performance more than the Tein Hood dampers, unless you have the hood open a lot.

doesn't make the car any faster, likely to be messed up on a parking stop. expensive, I would recommend spending it on something that actually benefits the car more.

huh? Do much driving at around 180-200mph? if not completely, utterly unnecessary. Get an AP or something.

Nice to have, doesn't do much for performance but is more expensive than a lot that will make the car faster and safer

This is just junk you buy as presents for your car. If you're worrying about not being able to afford engine management don't even consider it.

05 STi console swap... uh ok. Lots of money for essentially nothing. Street racing and removing your airbag is unintelligent... Go ahead and buy some bride seats so that you can easily be identified as someone who spends the most money on the flashiest "JDM whore" name when you could have gotten something equally good for half as much. none of this stuff makes the car any faster, but its all really expensive.

Takata harness? lol... doing any open track racing in an other wise FIA safety prepped car? How about no harness, don't even wate your money, especially on a jdm whore harness that costs as much as an FIA spec seat does when there are tons of equally safe or safer alternatives that cost hundreds of dollars less.. You don't have a roll cage/bar anything I wouldnt suggest strapping in and drag racing or street racing around with a 5 point harness on unless you like to have your upper body and head crushed when your car rolls over.

seriosuly, just get an accessport and pay for someone to tune it. Then buy a decent suspension.

AP should be before anything on that list.

 

I can almost see Flames coming out soon...Can still give your thoughts but in a "Zen" way. I dunno if you want to call this thread a modding, it should be more like "styl'in and profil'in", just my thought...

maybe JOe ain't looking for Performance mods...I'm sure the AP will be in his mind...Everyone has there nitch...I think he gets the "AP" point already.

 

im alright with the AP... i've already talked to erik about this.. i ripped a 12.9 at 105 on pump gas and 11.7 at 119 with nitrous....the people on the forum ripping on me to get an AP aren't even running in the 12's yet... so...thanks but no thanks

 

Before you go shootin your mouth off why don't you look at the people that told you to go get an AP. I have a 20g in my STI and a front mount. My car should be very capable of 12's once I get a new clutch. thanks for playing %$#@!%$#@!%$#@!%$#@!wad.
