    We are going to be changing the theme for the drive, quarterly. The poll will be open until the the day after the March cruise. The next theme will run from April through June. If you think some thing should be added to the poll let us know. FYI you are only allowed on vote!

    *EDIT* I added bacon but that would be like voting for the independent party... You are just throwing your vote away.

    I would rather eat bacon than a Bloody Mary, in fact i don't even think that you can technically "eat" a Bloody Mary? Mmmm, bacon Bloody Mary sounds tasty tho! I think that throwing your vote away pertains to that one too. I mean, it's Dine and Drive...not Drink and Drive? :facepalm:

    The best part is, Bloody Mary is winning the poll. But only just as bacon is making a strong showing.lol What an aweful name for such a delicious beverage btw.

    Well then you guys don't get Bloody's where I do... there is a meal in every glass... and afterwards we could go to the 2-2 and I might be able to introduce you to Mary... and with enough $ she would most likely have something bloody for you to munch on... YUCK

    I don't consider a pickle, sausage, and some other veggies as a meal...but meh. Any of the ones that you've tried have a crispy strip or two of bacon in them? I think i may have just had my best idea evar if not. And that is what i was getting at with the name. I have some stories from highschool that i could tell ya...but i won't because i don't want you to vomit on your puter.:eek:

    I've made bloodys with bacon before. Good stuff. I usually use a slim jim or similar beefstick in place of a skewer... so a giant beef stick spearing pickles, olives, bacon, etc... my ultimate dream bloody uses a hollowed out veniscon stick as a combo spear/straw. ComeAtMeBr0

    I was just thinking that it's not 'central', it's on the outer loop so it's easier to make a 'drive' for.

    there are some fun roads up that way. 35 w to hiway 10 to 610 to 169, etc...

    i can think of several good asian places, but would have a hard time thinking of a drive for all of them, lol.

    Now. Since asian seems to be the trend, we need to find somewhere that does bacon with sushi.

    I'd suggest Quang, Pho 83, Hoban, Mandarin Kitchen. Paying $40-$50 at Bennihana's for fried rice is a little spendy IMO.

    If we're thinking Asian, turns out one of my high school buddies is the new executive chef for Kinsen Noodles. I'll probably throw that in the mix if we do Asian. He does a good job.

    98 pounds is pretty good for questionable asian buffet too. Luvs me their butter shrimp. Their sushi is... well it won't make you sick anyway:

    Can i get a little more bacon on my bacon plz? I prefer to cook up some bacon for my bacon chzburgers and use the bacon fat from the pan to baste my burgerz. Now i'm getting hun-gree!

    I had to vote for bloody mary's...because I am normally hung over Sunday mornings, and there is no better cure than a delicious bloody mary. It just seems like the perfect fit!

    Just no bacon sashimi... probably the only time I've hated bacon and definitely the only time I've hated sashimi.
